Burnett's Pest services areas of Hays and Comal counties.

Monthly 

A technician will visit your home or business once a month. This service helps keep pest populations from rebounding and significantly lowers the chances of critters indoors. Monthly rates tend to be lower in cost than with other frequencies. 

Bi-monthly

A technician will visit your home or business once every two months. This service will help maintain your pest barrier and reduce time for unexpected variables to occur compared to a quarterly or semi-annual plan.

Quarterly 

A technician will visit your home or business once every three months. During the service, we will re-apply your pest barriers and treat wasp nests as a courtesy. As all other recurring services, this will reduce the risk of ants, spiders, scorpions, roaches, and many other unwanted pests. Note, you will have more pest encounters with this service plan. If you have rodent concerns, we can install one or more tamper-proof bait stations for a low cost. 

One Time

If you do not want a periodic service, please call us to set up an appointment. With a one-time service, we can assure you that we will reduce pest levels from what they were when we arrived. Note, one-time rates will resemble that of semi-annual and will be higher in price.

Clean-Out Services

Sometimes a new customer or an infrequent customer will have a high amount of pest activity. Certain pests with high populations may require back-to-back treatments to sufficiently lower pest levels. To avoid the likelihood of back-to-back treatments and higher trip costs, consider choosing a service plan to keep target pests at-bay.

Specialized Services
Fleas, ticks, squirrels, raccoons, crazy ants, and termites all require a different approach compared to our normal on-going services. Back-to-back visits may also be necessary. If these pests are present, we will provide a bid for the job at hand.

Exclusion Services 

Caulk, steel wool, weather stripping, wire mesh, and other such installations can significantly reduce the number of pests indoors. If these needs arise, contact us and we will provide you a bid for the service.

Wood-Destroying Insect Inspections (WDIR)

A wood-destroying insect inspection is a visual exam in which detects the presence or absence of wood-destroying insects, evidence of their existence, & conducive conditions that could make a structure susceptible. After the inspection, our certified inspectors will complete the Texas Official Wood-Destroying Insect Report, provided by the State of Texas.

Sentricon 

Sentricon is a termite colony elimination system which controls Eastern & Formosan Subterranean Termites. This in-ground system is installed around the perimeter of your home & has the ability to bait termites year-round. Burnett's Pest will then perform an annual reinspection & service each station. This is Burnett's Pest preferred treatment method against house-hungry termites.

Services Burnett’s Pest does NOT provide:

Bee removal/relocation, Bird removal/relocation, Skunk removal, Rabbit removal, Fox removal, Armadillo removal, Snake control, or Bed-Bug treatments.
